Red Tea, Rooibos from South Africa, is high in anti-oxidants, low in tannins so it doesn’t turn bitter, is citrusy and aromatic and never contains caffeine.   Green Tea provides anti-oxidant health benefits, because it is made from un-oxidized leaves. Thus, it is one of your most flavorful and inexpensive sources of cancer fighting anti-oxidants.
